Composer • Sound & Energy Healer • Facilitator of Embodied Expression, Movement & Creative Play
My Story
Music, movement and creativity have woven through my life from an early age. As a composer, musician, sound and energy healer and workshop facilitator, I’m fascinated by the ways sound and embodied expression can reconnect us with ourselves and each other.
My work brings together sound, movement, voice, creative play and energy practices, creating spaces where people can slow down, explore, express and reconnect with what feels authentic within them.
At the heart of what I offer is a love of creativity, connection and the possibility of remembering more fully who we are.
What Drives Me
I’m driven by a desire to help create a more heart-led and connected way of being in the world. Growing up in South Africa during apartheid profoundly shaped me, and meeting Nelson Mandela remains a powerful reminder of our human capacity for transformation.
Through music, sound, movement and creative expression, I want to help people feel, connect, express themselves freely and recognise their own uniqueness.
I believe that when we remember who we truly are — and recognise that same humanity in one another — we become part of something much bigger.
How I Can Help
I help people come home to themselves through sound, music, movement, energy work, creativity and meaningful connection.
I create experiences that invite people out of their heads and into a more embodied space where they can explore, express, play, release and reconnect. Sometimes that means finding a voice, sometimes finding stillness, and sometimes simply feeling truly seen.
I also love helping bring ideas to life — creating space for people to discover what wants to emerge and giving them confidence to explore it. I bring curiosity, intuition and a playful creative spirit to that process.
What You Can Expect
My intention is to create spaces where people feel welcomed, seen and free to be themselves.
Through individual sound and energy work and an evolving programme of group workshops, I combine depth with creativity, play, laughter and connection.
I hope people leave with a sense that there is more of themselves available to them — more expression, more possibility, more connection and more freedom to be who they are.
My Philosophy
I believe life is a journey of remembering — uncovering the love, potential and uniqueness that already live within us.
I often imagine humanity as an enormous living jigsaw. Each of us carries a piece that nobody else can bring. Our uniqueness isn’t what separates us; it is part of how we belong.
At the deepest level, I believe we are here not only for our own remembering, but to help one another recognise what is already within us.
My Vision
My vision is to play my part in a world moving towards greater consciousness, compassion and connection.
I want people who cross my path to know that they matter — that their presence, their voice and their unique gifts have a place in the world.
Ultimately, I imagine a world in which more of us recognise how interconnected we are and understand that what we bring into the world ripples far beyond ourselves.
My Commitment to You
I will create a space where you are welcomed and accepted as you are.
I will meet you with openness, curiosity and care, creating room for you to breathe, feel, explore, express, play, soften or simply be still.
There is nothing you need to prove or become.
When I’m Not Working…
You’ll often find me composing at the piano, doing yoga, dancing, meditating, walking in nature, swimming, reading or disappearing down the rabbit hole of an interesting podcast.
I love time with family and friends, deep conversations, discovering new ideas, live performances, good films, plenty of laughter — and dreaming up the next creative adventure.
Why I Joined the Get Ahead Collective
I joined Get Ahead Collective because I love what can happen when people come together with open hearts, ideas and different gifts to share.
I’m excited by the possibility of meeting and learning from others, supporting one another, finding unexpected opportunities to collaborate and discovering what might grow from those connections.
I believe we each bring something unique to the table — and sometimes the real magic happens when those gifts meet.
