My Journey
Business has taken me around New Zealand and into companies all around the world.
I've worked with start-ups, family businesses and led organisations turning over tens of millions of dollars.
Yet over all those years I've noticed something surprising.
Success is rarely about intelligence.
Or even hard work.
It's usually about clarity.
The ability to step back, see what's really important, and keep moving one step at a time.
