My Reflections
What struck me most wasn't any single sentence, but the overall message.
Three ideas stayed with me.
1. Purpose deserves structure.
Doing meaningful work doesn't remove the need for a sustainable business model.
In many ways, it makes it even more important.
2. Collaboration is stronger than competition.
Carrissa speaks about practitioners walking alongside one another rather than competing.
That philosophy sits at the heart of the Get Ahead Collective.
We grow further when we learn together.
3. We need both worlds.
Many practitioners naturally gravitate towards the transformational, relational and intuitive aspects of their work.
Yet sustainability also requires clarity, structure, pricing, marketing and implementation.
The goal isn't to choose one or the other.
It's learning how to weave them together.
